Approximately 4,000 individuals drown in the U.S. every year.   For every drowning, there are approximately four serious injuries requiring hospitALSIzation of the victim.  The Centers for Disease Control report that the majority of drowning are preventable. Consequently, negligence is often involved resulting the need for representation by an attorney with a background and experience in aquatic law and litigation.

Aquatic Law Institute provides limited, complimentary case consulting by an aquatics safety expert and by one of staff medical doctors. The objective of the consulting is to provide perspective clients information relating to liability exposure, potential case value and potential litigation strategies.
